Pilates is a fantastic way to improve your core strength, as it targets and isolates the critical deep core muscles. Regular practice of Pilates will improve your posture, muscular strength and control.
Matwork classes are designed to be accessible for all ages and abilities. Each class will incorporate exercises that target your core, glutes, legs, back and arms ensuring an all over body workout. Exercises can also be tailored to suit fitness levels and any injury concerns.

Leftbox Pilates Studio conveniently located in Fletcher at a home studio.
– Fully air-conditioned and plenty of on street parking.
– Mats and small equipment provided, just bring yourself, water and a small towel if you wish.
– Grippy socks are recommended and Leftbox is proud to be a supplier of the beautiful MoveActive socks.
– Card and cash accepted, payment on the day. A range of multi class passes are available as well as casual class passes.
– Mat Pilates:
45 minute small group class. Relaxed, fun and individualised sessions using body weight mat pilates exercises and equipment. Improve your strength, coordination, flexibility and stability gently and efficiently. Complements and enhances any other training or sports undertaken.
– Bumps to Bubs:
45 minute small group class. Aimed at prenatal and postnatal women. Bubs are welcome to come along (until crawling). Relaxed, fun and individualised sessions using body weight mat pilates exercises and equipment. Improve your strength, coordination, flexibility and stability gently and efficiently. Supports and prepares your changing body so you can tackle life pre or post birth confidently.
